Krav Maga
Krav Maga is a combatives and self defense system created by the Israeli military. Our programs are renowned for being direct, adaptable and brutely effective to accommodate any type of altercation. For these reasons, our system is used to train the Mossad, US Special Forces, military, and law enforcement. Our promise is to provide the highest caliber of instruction designed to strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and transform your life. Stylistically, our system incorporates skills found in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, Judo, Sambo, BJJ and more.
Kickboxing
For over 25 years, our professional fitness, self-defense and fight instructors have developed a unique striking workout unlike any other. High-energy and fast-paced, our classes offer high-intensity calorie-burning workouts to help you achieve your fitness goals and learn essential self-defense skills. These classes will meet you where you are, and motivate you to go further, while performing fight combinations, utilizing punches, kicks, elbows, and so much more! Unlike traditional gyms, our coaches are by your side during class, assisting you and other members throughout every step of the fitness journey.


Mixfit
Bored of traditional strength training, with predictable routines? MixFit offers a unique fitness experience built upon high-intensity interval training and progressive overloads. Our classes will challenge you to evolve physically, developing strength while pushing you into a fat-burning zone for optimal results - both during and after your workout. Every class is structured and created daily by our coaches with your goals in mind. Join us as our group fitness, strength and conditioning team provides the platform which allows you to maximize your time, with the goal of getting in the best shape possible.
Yoga
This strength-centric practice sculpts, lengthens and leans muscles. Beginning with a full-body warm-up designed to prepare all major muscle groups, this class utilizes a targeted sequence to build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. With this type of athlete-style yoga, your body moves deliberately into different postures and body weight exercises that challenge your power and stability, while at the same time focusing on body control and muscle and joint flexibility. All classes place emphasis on proper alignment and will leave you feeling toned, strong and limber. Variations are offered throughout every class and are suitable for all levels.
